系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE) 作为一种复杂的自身免疫性疾病,近年来在发病机制、诊疗策略及生物标志物研究方面均取得了显著进展。2024-2025年,众多高质量研究相继发表,涵盖了从基础免疫学探索到临床治疗优化的多个维度。
在原有推文的基础上,我们对2024–2025年红斑狼疮领域的新发表高质量研究进行了再次梳理与补充。本次更新新增多篇具有较高学术影响力的研究论文,涵盖基础机制、临床试验及潜在治疗靶点等热点方向。希望通过持续追踪与系统整理,为科研与临床工作者提供系统、前沿且具有参考价值的研究脉络。
